SRTTNH member Kristine DeCourcey is a Holistic Massage Therapy graduate and is a Licensed Massage Therapist that owns and operates TRI MASSAGE 4 U right in Merrimack, NH. A well seasoned athlete, she’s participated in long distance swims, triathlons, marathons, and ultra-distance races, meaning she understands the toll that training and racing can place on the body and the importance and benefits that regular massage can provide in helping the body to recover.
Who better to get a massage from than an athlete? In addition to offering Swedish Massage, Kristine can incorporate Rock Blades Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Massage Cupping to help her clients with problem areas. She also offers RockTape Kinesio Taping that can be worn for up to 5 days. Her clientele has ranged from High School Athletes to Iron Man/Sprint Distance Triathletes and Marathon/Ultra-Marathon Runners, to Martial Artists, and Personal Trainers. Kristine will also offer and demonstrate stretches and self massage techniques that her clients can use in the comfort of their homes for relief and self maintenance in between sessions.
